Can I use eufy Protection Plan internationally?
Protection Plan is only available within the U.S. (all 50 states, but not U.S. territories). In some areas, a permit is required to have a professionally monitored alarm system. Since rules vary by municipality, you should check your local laws to see if any of the above applies to you.

I have eufy products at more than one address. Does the plus plan cover them all?
Each Protection Plan Subscription only covers one address. You can subscribe to an additional plan if you have more than one address to cover.
How do I set up my service?
After subscribing to eufy Security Protection Plan, you must complete the setup process in the settings under "My Service." Once finished, it's ready to use.
What is Practice Mode?
Practice Mode begins as soon as the initialization process is complete and ends automatically after 7 days. During this period, you can simulate requesting help and train your family how to operate the system. The monitoring center will receive alerts from your system but will not contact you or the emergency responders. You can end the Practice Mode at any time if you feel comfortable with how the system operates.
I'm worried about accidentally triggering the alarm. What should I do?
False alarm forgiveness is a feature of our service. To avoid wasting public resources, please avoid activating the alarm when there is not an emergency. After completing the setup, we will guide you through how to best set up the automatic alarm feature.
Should I add an emergency contact?
For your safety we highly recommend adding an emergency contact for extra protection. We will inform your emergency contacts if the emergency service is activated. Please share your PIN with your emergency contacts.
How do I redeem my home insurance discount?
If you have subscribed to Protection Plan Plus, you can get up to 20% off your home insurance. After completing the setup, you can request certification in "My Services" - "Insurance Certificate". Certification will be sent by email. Share the certificate with your home insurance company and ask for a discount.
Will Noonlight have access to my video feeds or local storage?
No.
